Do you offer monthly or seasonal rates for snowbirds?▾
Yes. Monthly and multi-month stays are requested through the property manager, BeachRentals, who quotes them. Send your dates through the contact form for a seasonal quote and current availability.
Is this a rental community or a single home?▾
A single home. Bay to Beach House is one privately owned 3-bedroom house in Bradenton Beach. There is no clubhouse or community program; the island itself supplies the beach, the trolley and the restaurants.
What is included in a seasonal stay?▾
The furnished house with its kitchen, linens, washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, pool and hot tub; pool heat is an extra weekly charge on your quote. Utilities and housekeeping during the stay are not promised, so ask the manager about anything specific before you book.
Are pets allowed for the winter?▾
No. Bay to Beach House allows no pets of any kind. Sandbox Beach House, a separate Anna Maria Island rental, welcomes one dog 35 lbs or less.
